Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. Most first orders are around 50,000 cones, which is one pallet-class run and the point where per-cone pricing gets efficient. Smaller pilot runs are possible — ask.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit when the order is placed, 50% when it delivers. We do not run net terms. That keeps our pricing clean and our lead times honest.
How long does an order take?
About one month of production plus ocean freight. Plan on roughly a quarter end to end for a sea-freight order, and we will build the reorder cadence with you so you never run dry. Glass-tip branded runs are about 35 days plus shipping. Samples ship domestically in a few business days.
Can I get my order faster?
Yes. Air shipping is available on any order at an upcharge. Ask for the air option on your quote and we price both.
Do you ship from US stock?
Production orders are made to order. Sea freight is standard; air shipping is available at an upcharge when the timeline needs it. We do not sell from a US warehouse.
How do I get pricing?
Request samples or a quote. Pricing depends on size, paper, print, quantity, and shipping channel, so we quote it rather than publish a ladder that would be wrong for most buyers.

What sizes do you make?
84/26 (half-gram), 98/26 (one-gram), 109/26 (king), and custom dimensions. The first number is total length in millimeters, the second is filter length.
Does printing my logo cost more?
No. Logo-on-tip printing is offered at the same cost as blank cones. Send us vector artwork and we will proof it before the run.
What paper do you offer?
Natural brown (unbleached) and white as standard, colors in select sizes, and hemp blunt wraps as an add-on.
Will your cones run on my filling machine?
Our standard sizes are built to the same geometry the major pre-roll automation platforms are tuned for. Tell us your machine on the sample request and we will send the matching size so you can test on the line before you order.
Do you test your paper?
Yes. Our paper stock is third-party lab tested for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbials. Documentation is available to your compliance team on request.

What is the SeshSure peel-away?
A patented peel-away wrap on the mouthpiece of a pre-roll. Each person in the circle peels off one layer and gets a fresh lip surface. Puff. Peel. Pass.
Is it patented?
Yes. Patents are granted in the United States and Canada and owned by Vido Manufacturing & Distribution Corp.
How do consumers dispose of the peels?
Pocket it, then trash it. Used peels go in a pocket, tin, or SeshSure Pouch and into a bin on the way out. They are not accepted in home recycling yet and must never be flushed. Full guidance at seshsure.com/responsible-disposal.
What touches my lips?
A food-contact-compliant film surface. Materials documentation is available to licensed buyers on request.
Can I get it now?
Production is ramping. We are taking a small number of launch partners per state who want first access. Ask on the contact form and select "Peel-away mouthpiece."
Does it work with my existing cones?
The peel-away ships as a finished cone. Your filling process stays the same.

Who is SeshSure?
SeshSure is the cone brand of Vido Manufacturing & Distribution Corp, a Colorado company based in Parker. We supply licensed operators across the US and Canada and invented the peel-away mouthpiece.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We sell business-to-business to licensed operators, manufacturers, and distributors, and to adults 21+ only.
Are your products cannabis products?
No. SeshSure products are smoking accessories. They contain no cannabis, tobacco, or nicotine.
