Custom size pre-roll cones are made to a buyer's own length, filter length, and taper rather than a standard 84/26, 98/26, or 109/26. SeshSure specs custom sizes for odd fill weights and machine-specific geometry, confirms the spec on samples, and then runs production. Paper, print, and terms are the same as standard cones.

How do I start a custom size?
Send the target fill weight and, if you have it, the machine. We propose a length/filter/taper, send samples, and you sign off before production.
Is there a tooling charge?
Depends on how far the spec is from a standard. We tell you up front in the quote — no surprises after samples.
What is the minimum for custom?
A production run — typically 50,000. Custom sizes are made to order.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. Most first orders are around 50,000 cones, which is one pallet-class run and the point where per-cone pricing gets efficient. Smaller pilot runs are possible — ask.
How long does an order take?
About one month of production plus ocean freight. Plan on roughly a quarter end to end for a sea-freight order, and we will build the reorder cadence with you so you never run dry. Glass-tip branded runs are about 35 days plus shipping. Samples ship domestically in a few business days.
