Privacy Policy

What we collect through our forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. We do not sell personal information or run advertising trackers.

This policy explains how Vido Manufacturing & Distribution Corp, doing business as SeshSure ("SeshSure," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through seshsure.com (the "Site") and in the course of our wholesale business. The Site is for licensed businesses and adults 21 and over; it is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request samples, a quote, documentation, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, company, work email, phone, state or province, ship-to address, licence or resale certificate number, order details (sizes, paper, print, volume, filling machine), artwork files, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring URL, timestamps) for security and operation of the Site. We may use privacy-respecting web analytics that count page views and referrers in aggregate. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

Business records. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed to fulfil, invoice, ship, and support your orders, including purchase orders, invoices, payment records, shipping details, compliance documentation you provide, and correspondence.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, send samples, prepare quotes, and fulfil orders.
  • To verify that you are a licensed business or eligible commercial buyer.
  • To send transactional messages about your enquiry or order, including an automatic confirmation when you submit a form.
  • To send occasional product and reorder updates to business contacts who have enquired or purchased, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site; to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights.

3. How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that restrict their use of it: website hosting and content delivery, transactional email delivery, cloud storage and databases, payment processing and banking, freight carriers and forwarders (name, address, and phone needed to deliver), accounting and CRM tools, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or property, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses only the cookies and browser storage strictly necessary to function (for example, remembering a form field you were filling in). We do not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics that use cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can follow up. Customer and transaction records are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and thereafter as required by tax, accounting, and regulatory rules (generally 7 years). Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of marketing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. This includes rights under the Colorado Privacy Act and other US state privacy laws, and under Canada's PIPEDA and provincial laws. To exercise a right, email Sales@seshsure.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our response.

8. Marketing choices

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about your enquiries or orders.

9. International transfers

We are based in Colorado, United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States under this policy.

10. Do Not Track and global privacy controls

Because we do not track visitors across third-party sites or sell personal information, we treat Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals as already honoured.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
