Every shared pre-roll has the same problem and nobody has fixed it since the cigarette. The Social Cone™ fixes it with a peel-away wrap on the mouthpiece: peel a layer, pass a fresh surface. It is patented in the United States and Canada, owned outright by Vido Manufacturing & Distribution Corp, and the Canadian grant includes a method claim that reaches product made abroad by that process.

We are a cone supplier, not a licensing house. We will take the product to market ourselves, state by state. A licence is for the company that can take it everywhere at once.

    We supply the peel-away component; you convert it on your line. Keeps the trade secret with us and your throughput with you.

Every structure carries the same guardrails: hard annual minimums with self-executing remedies, change-of-control terms, territory defined by jurisdiction and channel, and reversion if the product is not launched. We would rather license once, well, than widely.

Licensing questions.

What exactly is licensed?
The right to make, have made, sell and market pre-roll cones with the patented peel-away mouthpiece under granted US and Canadian patents, within an agreed territory and field of use. Optionally the Social Cone™ and SeshSure marks, and the production know-how.
Which territories are available?
The United States and Canada — the two countries where the patents are granted. Canada can be licensed by province and channel; the US by state or nationally.
Can we license it for products other than cannabis cones?
Field of use is part of the deal. Cannabis pre-roll cones are the first field; hookah, cigar and other smoking-accessory fields are reserved and discussed separately.
Do we have to manufacture it ourselves?
No. Three shapes work: you manufacture under licence; SeshSure supplies finished cones and you hold exclusivity for a territory or channel; or a hybrid where SeshSure supplies the peel-away component and you convert it on your line.
How is a licence priced?
A running royalty on net sales with an upfront fee and annual minimums that keep exclusivity honest. Numbers are set per territory and volume and shared under NDA, never published.
Will you disclose how it is made before we sign?
Not publicly and not before an NDA. The patents are public record; the production process, materials and spec revisions are trade secrets shared with licensees only.
How long does it take?
NDA → claim-set and samples review → pilot run on your line or ours → term sheet. A motivated partner can be from first call to signed term sheet in about 60 days.
Is the company itself for sale?
We field acquisition conversations alongside licensing. If you would rather own the patents and the brand than license them, say so on the first call.
