Glossary
Cone terms, defined.
The words buyers, machine operators, and compliance teams use — without the jargon.
- 98/26
- A cone 98 mm long with a 26 mm filter; the standard one-gram pre-roll cone. Learn more →
- 109/26
- A king-size cone 109 mm long with a 26 mm filter; holds about 1–1.2 g. Learn more →
- 84/26

- Filter length
- The length of the paper tip at the mouth end of the cone, in millimeters. Affects draw and how the cone seats in a filling machine.
- Crutch / tip
- The rolled paper filter at the mouth end of a cone. Also called the tip. Logo printing goes here.
- Dog-walker
- A mini pre-roll, typically 0.3–0.5 g, sized for a short session.
- Natural brown / unbleached
- Cone paper that has not been bleached. Slightly tan in color; slow, even burn. The most common paper in the US market.
- Refined white
- Bleached white cone paper with a neutral taste and a crisp look for printing.
- GSM
- Grams per square meter — the weight of the paper. Lighter paper burns faster; heavier paper is more durable on automated lines.
- Tower
- A bulk packing format: cones stacked tip-down in a column. SeshSure ships 98/26 cones 800 per tower box.
- Branded cone
- A cone with a logo printed on the filter tip. Learn more →
- Private label
- Cones sold under a reseller’s own brand, including packaging. Learn more →
- Glass tip
- A glass mouthpiece in place of the paper filter, used on premium and infused SKUs. Learn more →
- Pre-roll automation
- Machines that fill and pack cones at scale. Cone geometry consistency matters more than price once a machine is involved. Learn more →
- Peel-away mouthpiece
- SeshSure’s patented peel-away wrap on the cone tip. Each person peels one layer for a fresh lip surface. Puff. Peel. Pass.™ Learn more →
- COA
- Certificate of analysis — a third-party lab report on paper or product testing. Available on request. Learn more →
- MOQ
- Minimum order quantity. SeshSure has no hard minimum; 50,000 cones is the typical first order.
- Lead time
- Time from order to delivery. For production cones: about one month of production plus ocean freight.
